“If I just have a little treat everyday, I’m good, right?”
I get this question a lot from friends and clients. Even I have asked this question to myself!
And I am sure you have heard it before: Everything in moderation. Well…not really.
Many people believe that they can totally have that piece of chocolate or a little ice cream every day as long as it’s in moderation.
But moderation is misleading.
We have grown accustomed to driving to the grocery store and having all sorts of goodies at our fingertips. In all honesty, our bodies are not meant to handle that much food and the “little bit everyday” mentality can totally derail our fitness journey.
So how do we learn to say “no” more often than we say “yes?”
