The last few weeks of winter can sometimes feel like they will never end, right? And when it’s still cold out, we, often, want to stay home, make some yummy hot chocolate with our kids and catch up on a favorite TV show or two.
And, sometimes, this can make it hard to make it to the gym for a quality workout. The wind, cold, and cleaning the car off doesn’t make it too fun. So we decide to skip the workout or decide that we don’t have enough time that day to fit it all in. I totally understand.
But, no matter what kind of day we are having, if we work out for – even just 20 minutes – it always helps – we feel better, more motivated, and stronger – both mentally and physically.
