It has been an AH-MAZING summer filled with travel, family time, and helping so many women finally reach their weight loss goals.
My community really jazzes me up – thank you for reading and being a part of it!
There have been a few standout things that have helped me make the most of the past few months…
Helping me be more present with clients, feeling more confident and stylish, and an overall focus on living an active, healthy life.
So, I wanted to share them with you!
You ready? Here we go…
Apple Earbuds – I was seriously skeptical. I thought they’d fall out, wouldn’t be comfortable, I’d lose them in a heartbeat! None of that has happened and after owning them for 2 months, I can truly say I love them.
I spend the majority of my day on the phone or in video meetings coaching my amazing clients so having good earbuds is essential. I *need* to have exceptional sound quality, be comfortable and block out background noise. Hands down these do that.
Plus, no constantly untangling the earbud cord EVERY SINGLE time. (There’s some sort of earbud fairy who takes pleasure in tangling cords, I swear! 😉
Get yourself a pair here.
Dry Brush – a gift from my husband, I kept in the box for far too long! I’ve heard about the benefits of dry brushing + just hadn’t put the effort into making it part of my routine.
My skin has never looked or felt better! Plus, I’m *sure* I know I’m reaping the other benefits that are listed in this article over at Mamavation. You can read all about it here.
And then go get yourself one here 🙂
Dr. Bronner’s Castile Liquid Soap – Lavender. Ok, Ok… to be fair all of the scents are amazing but this one is consistently my favorite. I originally bought a small travel size of this and LOVED it!
My skin is super sensitive and regular body wash or soap really dries it out. This product has only the purest organic and Fair Trade ingredients, and it doesn’t contain any of the preservatives, detergents or foaming agents which can be so irritating (and horrible for our environment.
Want to smell like lavender, too? Get one here.
Kimono (from Lost In Layers) – I seem to have a Kimono fetish – meaning I now own about 40 of them. Ok, just 7 but I seriously LOVE them!
Dress it up or dress down with jeans, shorts or pretty much anything AND look super stylish.
I met Lindsay – owner and designer – on Instagram and then waited to see what pop-up market she’d be at next. Every piece she has is beautiful!
Although you can get Kimonos from lots of different places, I LOVE supporting other women in business and think that Lindsay’s are the best!! Check them out!
Ok, what about you?
What’s *one* thing that has really made a lasting impression on you this summer? I seriously want to know. Hit the comments below and tell me.
Here’s to earbuds and kimonos all the way into Fall 😉
