Is This You?

I work with a lot of different types of women. Some are entrepreneurs, some are executives and some are work-at-home or  stay-at-home-moms. Although the circumstances may differ, the challenges these women are working through are often similar. See if any of the following sound familiar to you:

You are:

  • A 30-40 something woman who wants to live life to its absolute fullest
  • Highly motivated, ambitious and have a huge desire to do something •big• in your life but you’re not too sure what it is
  • Experiencing massive amounts of change in your life – perhaps you just got engaged or married, are pregnant, have entered the world of parenthood, have started your own business, or are moving very quickly up the corporate ladder and you’re feeling stressed, anxious or overwhelmed
  • Hungry for change – you may not even know in what area but you know something needs to change

Maybe one of these situations seems familiar:

  • To others it may seem like you have it all – a great job, awesome partner, perfect house, 2.5 kids and so on, yet on the inside your heart is telling you something is missing
  • You might feel stuck, lost, trapped – unsure of what to do, where to go or how to get there but know you can’t keep going on like how it is
  • Or maybe you just don’t feel like “you” anymore – that somehow all of your choices and decisions have lead you to a place where you feel totally disconnected from yourself and you want more of “you” back
  • You have a big vision for yourself and your life but it’s just not unfolding the way you planned it…if at all
