Hi there!

You may be wondering who I am and why I am qualified to teach this course.

I became a coach because I love helping people. I wanted to be an entrepreneur because I thought being in business for myself would give me freedom, flexibility and a great income.

I was so naïve. Instead, I experienced struggle, frustration and self-doubt.

I truly had no idea what becoming an entrepreneur actually involved. I thought word of mouth referrals would be enough to carry my business – and it did for a bit … and then it didn’t. I had no idea what to do, who to turn to, or how to start fixing my business.

I was floundering. Everything felt overwhelming and I was mad. So, I got to work.

I spent every available minute on the Internet reading, researching, and learning. I purchased scads of audios and eBooks and informational products looking for the solutions I needed, but I kept thinking that there had to be a better way.

Fast-forward a few years…

I’ve been able to take everything I learned the hard way and apply it to my business. I now work with women entrepreneurs who know they’re capable of incredible success but just aren’t hitting the mark. I help them get their business rocking while also keeping them connected to the rest of their life so they don’t have to sacrifice freedom and fun for money.

The whole idea behind Entrepreneur Bootcamp for Women came from a conversation I had with a colleague about how amazing it would be to go back in time to the beginning of my business with all of the information I know now. I lamented all of the time and energy I spent on learning all of this “behind the scenes” stuff, not to mention the $1000’s I spent accumulating this knowledge. Oh how different things would be...

It can be different for you.

I’m not saying that running a successful business isn’t hard. It is. It takes time and energy and a commitment to making it work … no matter what. But, once you get a lot of the foundation pieces in place, it becomes the good kind of hard. The kind of hard that challenges you, excites you and pushes you to do more and help more people than you ever thought possible.

I’ve always loved to work hard and play hard. Training with the Human Performance Institute and working with senior executive teams, I discovered exactly what it takes to create a successful company while staying fully engaged in life at the same time. I now use that same training to help women perform at their peak in all areas of their life.  I'm a firm believer that the body is a mirror and that by pushing your body to its physical limits on a consistent basis you learn to push yourself in every area of your life, thus reaping rewards you never could by shear mind alone.

As a marathon runner and Ironman athlete, I've learned that with persistence, hard work and a belief in yourself, you can achieve any goal you set your mind to. I’ve acquired an MSc in Exercise Physiology, become a Certified Professional Coacitve Coach (CPCC) and a trained facilitator … all while enjoying my marriage and my kids.

Taking the same skills and principles I used to create my own life and business, I have crafted a course for solopreneurs that demonstrates, step-by-step, how to develop the business you know you want, so you can create a life you love to lead.
