Go Paleo. Or become Vegetarian or Vegan.
Omit complete food groups.
Cook different meals for yourself + your family.
Consume a wide variety of supplements.
Exercise like crazy + for 2 hours a day.

And you don’t know if you have the energy for that, your life is already so busy. I get it.

That’s just not the way I work.

When you slice away all the trends + nonsense, it’s insanely simple…

Make a commitment. Get a plan.
Show up. Do the work. Sweat it out.
Focus on actions — not feelings.
Feelings try to trick you (at first).
Actions get the job done.
